Good morning, everybody,
How are you today? I learned something new today about TESL 467 and I just really wanted to share this information with you. It might just make your day!
The high school schedule starts later than elementary schools and in some cases, actually finish earlier than elementary schools! For example, here are the schedules for some of the high schools on the south shore:
| School | Start Time | End Time | References |
| Jacques-Rousseau | 8am | 2h40pm | Here |
| Antoine-Brossard | 9h15am | 3h50pm | Here |
| Andre-Laurendeau | 8am | 2h40/4h30pm | Here |
| Lucille Teasdale | 9h10am | 3h50pm | Here |
| Gerard-Filion | 8am | 2h45pm | Here |
What does this mean for you?
Well, it means that your internship will actually finish EARLIER and you can go home earlier or you can get your feedback earlier.
It also means that if you have classes (like TESL 415, which I’ve talked about before (although my professor told me that they might change this and our year may be the last time that TESL 415 is offered at night. This means that you may have to go through the intensive three classes before finishing the semester with the internship)) at night, then you really do have the time to actually get to university.
I hope this was sort of helpful?
Relax, you got this!
Enjoy your internship!
(I say this, but mind you, I haven’t started yet, so… suffer, but not too much)
